The Fujifilm Finepix MX1700 is based on the MX700. It is an autofocus, autoflash with Macro Digital Camera which features
- a 1.5M pixel CCD designed and manufactured by Fujifilm, as well as
- a 2-inch 110,000 pixel Poly Silicon LCD monitor
- NTSC Video Out for instant image preview,
- 2X digital zoom (35mm equivalent),
- and a Black/White capture mode.
Capturing 1280 x 1024 pixels (with a 640 x 480 capture option), this ½" CCD boasts outstanding image quality and better dynamic range.
The Fuji MX-1700 captures images in 3 JPEG compression modes in less than 5 seconds and stores them on the ultra-compact SmartMedia card.
Both PC-card and floppy disk adapters are available for compatibility and image downloading.
Other featuresof the Fuji MX1700 include: multi-record function of 4, 9 or 16 images within 2 seconds, a manual record mode for 5 white balances, 3 sharpness, flash intensity and exposure control settings.
Video output enables display on a standard home TV set, while a powerful lithium ion battery adds 150 shot capability.
